Development of new tools to precisely assess pinch (MyoPinch), grip (MyoGrip), wrist flexion and extension (MyoWrist) strength in children with dystrophy muscular dystrophy (DMD). Comparative analyzes were performed for both these new tools and tests already validated and used in clinical practice, such as MFM, in 30 non ambulant patients with DMD and in 30 healthy volunteers matched for age. With the exception of Myo-Wrist may pose problems of interpretation in cases of significant contractures of the wrist, the other tools are interesting, reproducible and correlate well with the measurement methods already used.
