Neuromuscul Disord. 2018. 28(1):16-23.
Cross-sectional study in ambulatory patients with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy assessing the relationship between validated clinical evaluations, such as the 6-minute walk test and MFM, and quantitative muscle MRI of the thigh muscles.
All clinical evaluations were strongly correlated, with p <0.001. The highest correlation was found between MFM score D1 and the 6-minute walk test.
